Frontier came into existence in 1999 as a well engineering consultancy undertaking project and study work with the major oil companies and graduating to the planning and execution of major well operations. 

Shortly after this the Company expanded into well engineering recruitment and placement and subsequently into recruitment and placement across the remainder of the Oil & Gas disciplines. 

Frontier is now a full spectrum engineering and technical resource company focused on securing placements for staff and contract personnel, as individuals or on a managed project basis, across all the Oil & Gas disciplines.
