• Frontier Consultants are, above all, valued customers and respected industry professionals and will be treated as such by Frontier staff at all times.
• Frontier staff will do their utmost to meet the financial and professional aspirations of our Consultants when seeking or proposing new assignments.
• We will pay on time, every time (in accordance with agreed terms and conditions) regardless of when we receive payment from our client.
• We will treat all applications for placements with the utmost confidentiality.
• Frontier staff will only submit your CV to clients with your express permission
• Frontier will monitor market rates and review regularly with client companies to ensure fair remuneration and terms and conditions for Consultants.
• We will provide advice where appropriate on aspects of freelance working including on contracting options, international tax and work permit issues, limited company set up, accounting & bookkeeping, personal and limited company financial planning.
• Frontier will provide assistance, where appropriate, with travel bookings, liability insurance, medical & evacuation insurance, medical and professional certification, registration and payment of local tax, applications for work permits and residence visas.
• We will act as your professional representative with the client as appropriate during the course of your assignments
• We will work with you if an assignment is coming to an end, or if you wish to withdraw from an assignment, to provide continuity of work and avoid down time between assignments
