| Location: Dyce, Aberdeen Work Schedule: Contract – full time Duration: 12 months Our client is seeking to recruit a Hook-Up / TAR Planning Engineer. Job Description: Reporting to the Lead Planning Engineer, the Hook-up / TAR Planning Engineer is responsible for managing the planning and integration of the 22 week 2011 TAR and Hook-up for the project. This will be a significant project in its own right covering 100 000 offshore man-hours and the integration of the installation of the new module with the operational maintenance activities. This planner will also have to integrate a 150 bed flotel with the platform during the TAR period. The role will involve: Produce and Maintain the schedule for the Hook-up and TAR elements of the project complying with the requirements of Major Project Common Process while integrating with the Aberdeen Central Planning team’s requirements for integrated Strategic Performance Unit planning. Drive the integration process to ensure a fully logically linked Hook-up / TAR schedule at Level 4 including Flotel, HLV, Riser Installation, Offshore, Subsea and the Asset Plan Feed in to the SIMOPS Planning process to ensure the integration of the subsea activity set with Flotel and platform PoB. Provide daily / weekly / monthly progress reports to roll up to the Master Control Schedule Develop effective plans (levels 1 & 2) management level Job Requirements: Experienced planner familiar with multi level and multi discipline planning with Primavera P6, able to manage data to fit within an integrated SPU wide planning environment. Previous experience of working with MPCP or similar client project management process on a significant project >$250m. Previous experience of Hook-up management and TAR planning on a project of this scale will be required.
