| Our client is seeking to recruit a Offshore Radio Operator. Location: Angola Work Schedule: Contract 28/28 Rotation Duration: 2 Year renewable Please keep in mind that the resource must be in line with International Convention On Standard Training, Certification and Watch Keeping for Seafarers 1978 (STCW Regulation), and must hold GMDSS license.IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS LICENSE DO NOT APPLY Job Description: The Radio Operator hierarchical reporting to the Master and is responsible for the Radio Station. Carry out the telecommunication services following the international regulations and the requirements of the on board Command. Ensure the working of the RT station equipments; does the necessary maintenance actions, indicate the breakdowns and the necessary technical assistance to the Command. Keep updated the inventories and the respect pieces of the equipment; manages of the radio station following the rules of the concessionaries.
