Frontier came into existance in 1999 as a well engineering consultancy undertaking project and study work with the major oil companies, including Shell and BP, and graduating to the planning and execution of major well operations.

Shortly after this, and in response to Client demand, the Company expanded into well engineering recruitment and placement and subsequently into recruitment and placement across the remainder of the Oil & Gas disciplines.

Frontier is now a full spectrum engineering and technical resource company providing staff and contract personnel, as individuals or on a managed project basis, across all the Oil & Gas disciplines.

Because of our consultancy background our access to resources is backed by a technically qualified management team able to discuss and understand our Clients' resource requirements on an engineering and technical level.

If things do go wrong, senior Frontier personnel will address the issues openly and directly to rectify the situation and will involve the Frontier Directors as necessary to achieve this.
If a Frontier staff or contract candidate withdraws from an assignment, Frontier will provide a replacement
